Recently, more of our clients have requested that we setup Exchange Direct Push Synchronization with Windows Mobile based devices like the Samsung Blackjack. In the past I have typically advised against the use of these devices for anything but personal use because of management and administration concerns. However, the release of device mamagement tools from Microsoft and native support in Exchange 2003 & 2007 for Direct Push, will certainly lead to an increased adoption of these devices in the workplace.
